1.- RESPONSIBLE FOR ORGANIZING THE PROMOTION
The person in charge Isabel Garcia Lopez (hereinafter "AP 18 OFFICIAL" or the "Responsible" indistinctly) and identified with the number 20436478N organizes the sweepstakes (hereinafter, "the Promotion") of national scope, to be developed through the Internet, exclusively for users residing in Spain in accordance with the provisions of the participation requirements section.
The purpose of this sweepstakes is to reward the loyalty of the brand's followers.
2.-START AND END DATES
The Promotion will start on October 14 at 2:25 pm and will end on November 3, 2024 at 11:59 pm.
The Company reserves the right not to proceed with the promotional action if by the reflected starting date of the promotional action there has not been registered a participation of more than 20 people.
3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION
The requirements for participation are as follows:
- Participation is open to those who reside in Spain and are over 18 years of age.
- Only participants who have an Instagram account are eligible to participate.
- Participants must comment on the brand's publication on the social network Instagram tagging 1 person during the participation period, follow the profile @angel_piqueras18 and @fanclubpiqueras18official.
- Participants may only participate with a single Instagram profile. If a participant is found to be participating with multiple Instagram profiles they will be disqualified.
- Even if participants write several comments on the same post, they will only be entered into the random drawing with a single entry.
- Only mentions and hashtags of the same participant will be accumulated even if they are in different comments.
CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES
The winner will be chosen randomly through the Easypromos platform. The winner will be notified on November 4, 2024 through the brand's social profiles, along with the certificate of validity of the sweepstakes.
The prize will consist of 2 tickets to go to see the GRAN PREMIO MOTUL DE LA COMUNIDAD VALENCIANA. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor can it be subject to change or alteration. The Company reserves the right to modify the prize if on the day of declaring the participant as the winner there are problems of stock and, therefore, the impossibility of being able to provide the same.
The winner may contact the Company during a period of 4 days from the date on which it is announced on the social profile of the brand. If no such contact is made within the stipulated period, the sweepstakes will be declared void or another winner will be assigned, according to preference.
The holding of the draw and the awarding of the prize are subject to the tax regulations in force.
5.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES
If it becomes evident that any of the participants do not comply with the requirements set forth in the Rules, or the data provided to participate are not valid, their participation will be considered null and void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion and will lose all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion.
The Company reserves the right to declare the draw void.
6.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS
Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, insulting or discriminatory or that could violate the rights of third parties will not be allowed. Comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and self-image will not be allowed. We will not be responsible for any damage caused by the comments made by the Participants in the Promotion, which at any time could hurt the sensitivity of other Participants.
The participation in this Promotion, as well as the publication of the comments made by the Participants in the publications, may not violate under any circumstances the following rules and regulations Instagram Community Rules nor the Instagram Terms of Use.
If the Company is found to be using fraudulent means for participation, such as the use of bots in the comments, the prize will not be awarded to you and will remain the property of the Company.
7.-EXONERATION OF LIABILITY
By way of example, but not limited to, we are not responsible for possible losses, theft, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the Participant with respect to the prize obtained from this Promotion.
We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event that could prevent the realization of the Promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.
In the event that this Promotion cannot be carried out, either due to fraud detected in the same, technical errors, or any other reason that is not under the control of the Company and that affects the normal development of the Contest, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the same, including the participation web page.
8.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, each participant with the acceptance of these Legal Bases consents that their personal data will be incorporated into a file, owned by it, in order to manage the draw, as well as to disseminate and publicize its results, and process the delivery of the prize.
We inform you that you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing, portability, oblivion and not to be subjected to automated individual decisions by sending an e-mail to info@angelpiqueras.com In both cases, attaching a copy of an identification document.
Without prejudice to any other administrative remedy or judicial action, the Participant shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, in particular in the Member State in which he/she has his/her habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, in case he/she considers that the processing of his/her personal data is not lawful, as well as in case he/she does not see his/her rights satisfied.

The mere fact of participating in the sweepstakes implies that the Participant fully accepts the conditions of these Legal Bases. Likewise, participation in a sweepstakes of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the social network Instagram through which the sweepstakes takes place.
10.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These legal bases shall be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the Participant's city of residence will be competent to resolve any claim or controversy that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or fulfillment of these rules.
